I started Painting in 2003. And have never looked back. When it comes to approaching, my work. I feel the fluidity and the brash/confident brush strokes are the central to my practice. The use of colour and specific consistency of paint add an emotive and often pleasurable impulse to the paintings. The work is post-pop, it uses objects and tourist destinations and through the process of painting aims to inmbue them with feeling, pathos and pleasure.
